    Today Investment AB Latour issued three bond loans of in total SEK 2,200 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 500 m with a tenor of 2 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.40 per cent annually. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 650 m with a tenor of 4 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.70 per cent annually.     Investment AB Latour (publ) has during the period September 4, 2024, to September 6, 2024, repurchased a total of 100,000 class B shares (ISIN SE0010100958) for a weighted average price of SEK 310.61 per share, see compilation in the table below. Latour's holding of own shares after the repurchase amounts to 521,750 class B shares. The total number of outstanding shares in the company is 639,318,250.     Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bemsiq AB, acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Quatrosense Environmental Ltd (QEL). Established in 1986, QEL is a pioneer within the gas detection space and has almost 40 years of experience in the development of hardware and software devices for gas detection applications with a strong focus on design and technology.     Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its wholly-owned business area Innovalift, signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Arkel based in Istanbul, Türkiye to expand its geographic reach and complement its product portfolio of components for elevators.     Investment AB Latour has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, signed an agreement to acquire HC Groep. Closing is expected to take place in August 2024. HC Groep, owned by Gilde Equity Management (GEM) since 2020, was founded in 1995 and has today 386 employees with head office and production in Waalwijk, Netherlands.     Investment AB Latour (publ) (“Latour”) has prepared an updated base prospectus for the company's existing MTN-Programme that today has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw.     Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Nord-Lock Group, acquired Precision Bolting Ltd (PBL) and Condor Machinery Ltd (Condor).
