Investment AB Latour (publ) issues bond loan

Today Investment AB Latour issued a bond loan of in total SEK 1,750 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The proceeds from the bond issue will be partly used for refinancing of existing bond loans.

The bond loan was issued with a tenor of 18 months and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.40 per cent annually.

Handelsbanken and SEB have arranged the issuance.
