Investment AB Latour (publ) issues bond loan

Today Investment AB Latour (publ) “Latour” issued a bond loan of in total SEK 600 m, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The bond loan was issued with a tenor of 2 years and matures on 15 June, 2025, and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.67 per cent annually.

Handelsbanken and SEB have arranged the issuance.
