Latour acquires Batec Mobility in Spain

Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its subsidiary MS Group AB, former REAC Group, acquired the Spanish company Batec Mobility, S.L., a leading manufacturer of power assist devices for manual wheelchairs on the Global Mobility Rehab market.

Batec Mobility has an annual turnover of EUR 4.8 m and has 41 employees. The company's products contribute to a greater freedom of movement for the user. The electric handbike enables the user to travel longer distances on uneven road surfaces.
