Latour invests in Anolytech
Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its subsidiary Latour Future Solutions AB, signed an agreement to invest in Anolytech Holding AB (”Anolytech”).
Anolytech has developed a circular system for producing effective disinfection, AnoDes, based on nature's own disinfectant hypochlorous acid, which is a natural part of the immune system of humans and animals. The company's system is offered as a packaged service to customers in industrial food production, agriculture with animal husbandry, hotels and real estate, and within health care. The customers can be found throughout the Nordic countries, as well as in Germany and Spain. The business was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Ystad with 17 employees.
"One of our investment areas is solutions for sustainable water supply. Anolytech offers a bio-based circular system that effectively prevents unwanted bacteria and viruses from spreading via our water", says Pelle Mattisson, CEO Latour Future Solutions AB.
"Anolytech's offer is completely free from the use of harmful chemicals and the process takes place directly on site at our customers in a system integrated into their ongoing operations", says Sandra Lindström, CEO of Anolytech.

The investment will be made via a directed share issue in Anolytech Holding AB, where Latour Future Solutions AB enters as a 31.8 per cent minority owner of the company.
