JM is selling Ekfatet 3, an existing property at Liljeholmskajen, which comprises 41,000 square meters.

Occupancy and payment will take place during Q2 2017, and the positive cash flow of SEK 153m will thus be reported in Q2 2017 in the JM Residential Stockholm business segment. The sale will be reported in project activities and will not affect the income statement for the quarter. Green Park AB is the buyer.

The Bergrumsgaraget parking garage began operations in January 2016 after Vin & Sprit’s former wine warehouse was converted into a modern garage with space for 1,000 vehicles. The sale is part of JM’s strategy to focus on new production of homes in project development.

“We are pleased that the property’s continued management will be handled by a professional parking garage manager,” says Jesper Åman, project manager for Bergrumsgaraget.
