JM selling Bergrumsgaraget in Liljeholmen, Stockholm

JM is selling Ekfatet 3, an existing property at Liljeholmskajen, which comprises 41,000 square meters.Occupancy and payment will take place during Q2 2017, and the positive cash flow of SEK 153m will thus be reported in Q2 2017 in the JM Residential Stockholm business segment. The sale will be reported in project activities and will not affect the income statement for the quarter.
