JM Construction building residential units in Tyresö, Stockholm

JM Construction has signed an agreement with Småa to construct tenant-owned apartments, townhouses and premises through a turnkey contract. The total contract amounts to SEK 113m.The contract comprises new production of 38 apartments, 9 townhouses and 3 additional premises. Establishment and ground work are scheduled for June 2017, and the project is expected to be completed by Q3 2019.
