BitSol Systems Hire Forensics Graduate

Manchester IT firm BitSol Systems has taken on Computer Forensics graduate Martin Lee as a technical support engineer.
Martin, who is bi-lingual and speaks fluent Cantonese, will also assist in the firm’s planned operations in Asia.
Company founder Greg Buchanan, said: “Martin will undergo on-the-job training to familiarise him with all aspects of BitSol’s operations in the UK and abroad.
“His primary focus will be dealing with support requests, but his experience in forensics and his language ability mean he will be a fantastic asset to the future of the firm.
“Martin’s appointment means BitSol Systems can allocate further customer support requests through a fully tiered service desk working from 1st through to 2nd and finally to 3rd line support.”
Formed in 2012, by Royal Navy submariner Greg Buchanan, BitSol Systems, based in Urmston, provide IT support for businesses across the UK.
The company also specialise in providing their security-cleared personnel for work on sensitive projects – currently to foreign embassies in West Africa and race tracks in the USA.
Greg added: “We are very happy to welcome Martin on-board.”
Martin, 22, who studied at Manchester Metropolitan University, said: “It’s a very exciting time for BitSol Systems.
“I am looking forward to playing a key role in the company’s future operations at home and abroad.”
