Darwen Estate Agents celebrate exam success

There was reason to celebrate this week – as employees of Ainsworth Lord Estates in Darwen were awarded a national qualification by their industry body – The Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Founder Paul Ainsworth-Lord and his Assistant Lettings Manager Tanya Tyldesley both passed their latest ARLA qualification - The Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Their accreditation certificates were presented to them by the President of ARLA – Peter Savage, at the Lancashire Regional Meeting which took place at the Tickled Trout Hotel in Preston.

Paul, added: “I am very proud of Tanya and the other members of the team who are currently studying for their upcoming ARLA exams.

“Employee progression and happiness is incredibly important to us, we invest heavily in staff training and development and give attractive pay rises on increased qualification.

 “We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.”

ARLA President, Peter Savage, said: “I am delighted that the team at Ainsworth-Lord Estates are have committed to train every member of their staff to the ARLA standard”

The Association of Residential Letting Agents is the UK's foremost professional body for letting agents. Its members are professionals working at all levels of letting agency, from business owners to office employees.
