SOUTH Manchester’s local business leaders came out in force to welcome 18 visitors to their annual evening meeting.

The South Manchester Business Association (SMBA) gathered at The Bowdon Hotel on Wednesday March 2, 2016, to show prospective associates how membership can benefit their business.

18 local business owners took the opportunity to meet existing members and register their interest in joining the exclusive networking club – which meets each Wednesday at 6.45am.

Andy Snowden, Chair of the SMBA, said: “We are proud to welcome local businesses who are interested in joining our organisation to our annual evening event.

“It’s a great opportunity for those who have been unable to make our weekly breakfast meetings to see what we are all about and discover exactly what it is we offer.”

The SMBA was set up 10 years ago by a group of local business owners and remains an independent group. All membership fees are reinvested directly for the benefit of its members.

Its 30 members represent all areas of business across south Manchester and Trafford with PR professionals, accountants and property experts among its ranks.

Those interested in becoming a member can call 0161 962 5195 or visit www.smba.org.uk for further information.
