K-Fastigheter buys concrete floor screeding specialist
K-Fast Holding AB’s (“K-Fastigheter”) subsidiary K-Prefab AB has acquired GH Sydgolv AB, a specialist in leveling of concrete floors. GH Sydgolv’s operations strengthen K-Prefab’s offer to its concrete frames customers. GH Sydgolv has annual sales of approximately SEK 50 million and around 20 employees.
We have hired GH Sydgolv in several of our projects and are impressed by their commitment and quality mindset. The acquisition of GH Sydgolv fits well with our strategy to become a more complete partner to customers ordering frames, installation and related services. GH Sydgolv will operate from its base in southern Sweden and I believe that their knowledge and network will make us better in our entire business. K-Prefab AB acquires 100 percent of the shares in GH Sydgolv AB. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The company will operate under its current name and with its current CEO, Michael Hallberg.
