Pederstrup in Ballerup is an interesting and attractive area with proximity to community services, culture, and recreational areas. The acquisition of Finja Prefab is a key part of K-Fastigheter’s continued growth journey and our strategy of producing cost-efficient concept buildings developed in-house in Sweden and Denmark.
To summarize, as in previous periods, we have maintained a high pace with a lot of activity.
In 2020, K-Fastigheter has established operations in four municipalities, in a geographically combined area southwest of Copenhagen
Both buildings were recently renovated, and have low energy consumption due to new roofs, façades and windows.
The plot that K-Fastigheter will build on is a key property in the area, with proximity to services, nature, schools, shopping and communications.
With today’s agreement, K-Fastigheter will have a clear presence in Västerås and Mälardalen, a region that is an important part of our continued growth
K-Fastigheter plans to build 140–150 homes in our Low-rise and Apartment Block buildings
