K-Fastigheter secures deliveries of cement
K-Fastigheter has signed agreements with suppliers of cement for the Group’s estimated total production volume in 2022. The agreements means that the Group’s own housing construction as well as deliveries to customers can take place according to plan.
K-Prefab AB, a subsidiary of K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”), has entered into agreements with cement suppliers that guarantee K-Prefab access to cement for its planned production volume during 2022.
“Cementa is K-Prefab’s main supplier of cement, an essential product for our concrete frames that are included in residential buildings and other buildings with a long life cycle. As a result of the uncertainties surrounding Cementa’s operations in Slite, on the island of Gotland, we have reviewed the possibilities of hiring complementary suppliers. We have high demands on quality, sustainability at all levels as well as delivery times and it feels good that we now have agreements that meet these. The agreements secure our planned production during 2022, with the option to prolong,” says Kaj Grönvall, CEO of K-Prefab.
K-Prefab is a nationwide player in prefabricated concrete elements and a nationwide frame contractor with a wide range of products. Since 2021, the business has been part of the K-Fast Group and delivers concrete frames to K-Fastigheter and other leading construction and real estate companies in Sweden.
