K-Fastigheter moves to Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap segment
As of 3 January 2022, shares in K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) will be trading on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap segment after Nasdaq has completed its annual review of the market capitalization of listed companies. The companies on this list have a market capitalisation of at least EUR 1 billion.

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on 29 November 2019. The company’s Class B shares are traded on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker symbol “KFAST B”. The number of outstanding shares as of 30 September 2021 totalled 215,331,168, of which 192,831,168 are Class B-shares. The market capitalisation on 17 December 2021 amounted to SEK 14,944.4 million. Total market value, the value of all shares based on the last price paid for the Class B-share, amounted to SEK 16,688.2 million.
