K-Fastigheter collaborates with Kilenkrysset for building rental apartments in the Mälardalen region
K-Fast Holding AB begins cooperation with the construction and real estate group Kilenkrysset with the aim of developing more rental apartments in the Mälardalen region.
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) starts a jointly owned company with Kilenkrysset AB (“Kilenkrysset”) to operate in the Mälardalen region and build K-Fastigheter’s concept house for long-term management of the condominiums developed by Kilenkrysset. The new company will operate under the name K-Fast Kilen AB and K-Fastigheter will hold 51 percent of the share capital.
“With this collaboration, K-Fastigheter will have access to many and attractive building rights in a growth area that is important to us. Kilenkrysset is a large landowner and can supply our joint company with land in areas that K-Fastigheter deems suitable for the construction of apartments in our three concept buildings,” says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fast Holding AB.
“Kilenkrysset with its geographical proximity and with its broad network will also assist K-Fastigheter in the procurement of infrastructure and land contracts attributable to future housing production. We will build and manage our houses according to the same high demands that we place on all our projects,” continues Jacob Karlsson.
