K-Fastigheter expands in attractive Ballerup, Copenhagen
K-Fast Holding AB’s (“K-Fastigheter”) subsidiary K-Fast Holding Danmark A/S has entered into an agreement to acquire the property 1bt Pederstrup By, in Ballerup municipality, west of Copenhagen. K-Fastigheter plans to build 153 rental apartments with an estimated annual rental value of approximately DKK 19.2 million.
The transaction between K-Fast Holding Danmark A/S and TEBA Holding I-II ApS is a corporate transaction where the purchase price is based on an underlying property value of approximately DKK 83 million and a lettable area of approximately 11,000 square meters.
“Our plan is to expand our presence in the Nordic countries and Denmark. We are particularly excited about the opportunity to grow in the Copenhagen region. Pederstrup in Ballerup is an interesting and attractive area with proximity to community services, culture, and recreational areas. The property will be a good complement to our existing portfolio and our ongoing developments in the region,” says Magnus Persson, business development manager at K-Fastigheter.
K-Fastigheter will take possession of the property on 2 May 2022. There is a legally valid zoning plan with a granted building permit which allows construction to start already in 2022.
