Martin Johannesson new Head of business area Property Management
Martin Johannesson will assume the position as new business area manager at K-Fastigheter. Martin comes most recently from Akademiska Hus, where he is currently property manager.
Martin Johannesson has solid experience of operational property management in roles such as real estate manager and property manager with commercial premises as well as housing in his portfolio. He has a master’s degree in engineering from Lund University’s Faculty of Engineering, LTH.
“A lot is going on in the real estate industry and I look forward to contributing to issues that are important today and not least in the future. This includes digitization, sustainability, and our organization’s potential to develop. K-Fastigheter’s expansion plans are also a factor that weighed heavily in my decision to become part of K-Fastigheter,” says Martin Johannesson.

Martin Johannesson will take up the position as business area manager on 1 September 2021 and he will be a member of the management team from the same date. The current head of business area Property Management, Niklas Larsson, will then move on to a new role as management support.
