K-Fastigheter’s business area Prefab sees a growing demand in western Sweden and increases its production capacity by investing in new equipment and new facilities for carpentry and reinforcement in the factory in Bollebygd.

The Prefab business area operates under the Finja Prefab brand and is a full-service frame contractor that has been part of K-Fastigheter since 1 January 2021. The company notes an increasing demand in the region western Götaland and has therefore decided to expand its collaboration with Skanska Grundläggning in Bollebygd.

“From April, we will expand our capacity and our offering from the Bollebygd factory. This venture is also an environmental investment. The expansion means that we can manufacture more locally produced products that are part of our housing concept Sustainable Homes, which means, among other things, that we deliver a complete concrete frame for residential buildings,” says Kaj Grönvall, CEO Finja Prefab AB.

Finja Prefab is a nationwide player in prefabricated concrete elements for housing, offices, industry and agriculture. The company has seven production facilities in Sweden, employs about 550 employees and sales amount to about 1 billion on an annual basis.
