K-Fastigheter buys project consisting of terraced houses in Åhus
K-Fastigheter buys 19 terraced houses to be built in the new district Trädstaden in northern Åhus. The turnkey contract is carried out by NCC and construction has commenced.
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has entered into an agreement with NCC Sverige AB for the acquisition of 19 terraced houses that will be built by NCC. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 2,200 square meters of gross area and the estimated annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 3.4 million.
“NCC will build a total of 40 townhouses in the Getramsen area in northern Åhus. All houses are nestled in pine forest and nice recreation areas, which inspired the project name Trädstaden. K-Fastigheter has bought 19 of the townhouses, which will be offered as rental units with a technical standard in line with our concept houses. Other city townhouses will be condominiums, developed by Lernacken Fastigheter,” says Magnus Persson, business development manager, K-Fastigheter.
Total investment including contract amounts to approximately SEK 53 million, with an expected future market value of approximately SEK 76 million. The acquisition takes place through a company transaction. The project is expected to be completed before the end of fourth quarter 2022.
K-Fastigheter currently has 58 completed rental apartments in the Tätörten district, also in northern Åhus.
