K-Fastigheter in joint venture to develop property in Haninge
K-Fastigheter and two partners, Innovation Properties and Borohus, have formed a company to jointly develop the Ramsdalen 3:1 property in Haninge municipality. The newly formed company will develop a zoning plan for building rights.
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”), Innovation Properties and Borohus have formed a jointly owned company with the ambition of developing the property Haninge Ramsdalen 3:1 in Haninge municipality, Sweden. The plot area is just over 72,000 square meters and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 9 million.
“The property is nicely located in Källtorp between Vendelsö and Vendelsömalm, by an existing residential area and forest area. Together with our partners in this project, we will develop the site and the zoning plan into a residential area with mixed housing,” says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fast Holding AB.
“We are proud to be able to move forward with our already strong collaboration between K-Fastigheter and the operations within Mjöbäcks and Borohus,” comments Göran Nergården, chairman of Borohus AB.
“We look forward to starting a rewarding collaboration with K-Fastigheter, a company with the same values as us, which bodes well for the future,” comments Kristian Wahlberg, chairman of Innovation Properties.
