K-Fastigheter buys building right in Kävlinge

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has acquired a building right in Kävlinge together with Selihof. The acquisition is made from a company within the Wästbygg Group and regards all the shares in the company that owns the property Kävlinge Hackmästaren 1. A legally binding zoning plan is in place. Through subdivision the property will be divided between the buyers.

On the part of the acquired property that K-Fastigheter will own the company plans to construct approximately 25 rental apartments in K-Fastigheter’s own developed concept house Low Rise. Expected yearly rental value amounts to about SEK 3.3 million. Closing has occurred and construction start is expected during 2024. The transaction is a share deal and is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 7 million for the part that is acquired by K-Fastigheter.
