K-Fastigheter buys property with 38 rental apartments in Hässleholm
K-Fastigheter has acquired a residential property with a total of 38 rental apartments in central Hässleholm.
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has acquired the property Badaren 10 in central Hässleholm. The property was built in 1967 and contains 38 rental apartments.
“The building contains apartments, as well as three premises and a parking garage with 42 parking spaces. The address is Östergatan 29/Vallgatan 28–30, in an area where K-Fastigheter owns several apartment buildings,” says Martin Johannesson, head of K-Fastigheter’s business area Property Management. “We will continuously raise the standard of living according to our K-Fast 2.0 concept, which includes new technical standards and updated finishes in the apartments.”
Lettable space amounts to 1,928 square meters for residential units and 348 square meters for premises, with an annual rental value of around SEK 2.3 million. Transfer of the property took place today, 1 March 2022. The seller is a group of private individuals.
