K-Fastigheter buys construction project in Høje-Taastrup

K-Fast Holding AB has acquired an ongoing construction project comprising 36 apartments in Høje-Taastrup, between Copenhagen and Roskilde.

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”), has acquired an ongoing construction project in Høje-Taastrup consisting of town houses with 36 apartments and a total lettable area of 3,600 square metres.

“This is our second transaction in Denmark, this time in Høje-Taastrup about 20 kilometres west of Copenhagen. Høje-Taastrup is a popular place of residence for those who want proximity to nature and good commuting options”, says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fastigheter. “Our town houses will offer a high standard of living and I am convinced that future tenants will appreciate this everyday premium comfort in a safe and attractive area.”

The purchase price is based on the underlying property value of DKK 110 million and the transaction is financed through existing cash balances. The lettable area amounts to a total of 3,600 square metres, with an annual rental value of approximate DKK 5.9 million. Transfer of the property will be finalised when the project is completed in the spring of 2021. The seller is Borohus, part of the Västkuststugan Group.
