K-Fastigheter buys its first building right in Lund
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has acquired a building right for approximately 80 rental apartments in Lund. The acquisition is made from a company within the Brinova Group and regards all the shares in the company that, after subdivision, will own part of the property Sandryggen 1. A legally binding zoning plan is in place.
On the acquired property K-Fastigheter plans to construct approximately 80 rental apartments. Expected yearly rental value amounts to about SEK 13.8 million. Closing and construction start is expected during 2024. The transaction is a share deal and is based on an underlying property value of SEK 36 million.
The acquisition is the first that K-Fastigheter makes in Lund and the building right has a central location in close proximity to Stadsparken (The City Park) and is close to the train station.
