K-Fastigheter buys properties with 29 rental apartments in central Landskrona

K-Fast Holding AB has acquired two residential properties with a total of 29 rental apartments in central Landskrona, southern Sweden.

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has acquired two residential properties, Yxan 5 and 9, in central Landskrona. The properties were built in 1946 and contain 29 rental apartments.

“The properties will be a good complement to our 247 apartments in Landskrona,” says Niklas Larsson, Business Area Manager for K-Fastigheter Property Management. “Both buildings were recently renovated, and have low energy consumption due to new roofs, façades and windows. There is an opportunity to raise the standard of living further through our K-Fast 2.0 concept, which means, among other things, a new technical standard and updated surface layers in the apartments.”

Lettable area amounts to a total of 1,946 square meters, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 2.2 million. The purchase price is based on the underlying property value of SEK 32.7 million and the transaction is financed through existing cash balances. K-Fastigheter will take possession of the properties as of today’s date. The seller’s advisor was Colliers International.
