K-Fastigheter buys properties with 30 rental apartments in Hässleholm
K-Fast Holding AB has acquired two residential properties with a total of 30 rental apartments in Hässleholm.
K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has acquired the properties Turbanen 2 and Turbanen 3 in central Hässleholm. The properties were built in 1944 and contain 30 rental apartments.
“The houses have the address Maltgatan 17-19 and make a good addition to our existing property portfolio with 500 apartments, of which 144 are in ongoing production, in Hässleholm,” says Niklas Larsson, head of K-Fastigheter’s business area Property Management. “We will continuously raise the housing standard according to our K-Fast 2.0 concept, which includes new technical installations and upgraded surfaces in the apartments.”
Lettable area amounts to a total of 1,909 square metres, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 2.1 million. Transfer of the property is scheduled for 30 September 2020. The seller is a private individual.
