K-Fastigheter strengthens Group Management

K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”) has today appointed Magnus Persson as a new member of Group Management.

Magnus Persson has been Business Development manager since May 2021, which includes responsibility for identifying building rights as well as executing transactions. Magnus has previously had the same role in BoKlok/Skanska, where he was also a member of BoKlok’s Swedish management team. Magnus Persson has also worked for, among others, Länsförsäkringar fastighetsförmedling, Modulenthus and NCC.
