Martin Larsson moves his ownership in K-Fastigheter to a Swedish endowment insurance

Martin Larsson, deputy CEO and CFO of K-Fast Holding AB (publ), will during June 29th, through his fully owned company Martin Larsson Holding AB move his ownership in K-Fastigheter to a Swedish endowment insurance. This will be reported in the PDMR transactions register at Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). The transfer is only internally in Martin Larsson Holding AB whereby Martin Larssons ownership in K-Fastigheter remain the same.
