K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter is marking its tenth anniversary by hosting a forum for housing and social debate during Almedalen Week, a political discussion event in Visby, Sweden. Councillors, MPs, business leaders and leading architects will be represented at the forum, under the title Almedalen’s greenest stage for housing debate.

Almedalen’s greenest stage for housing debate premiered in 2022, drawing many visitors to the Glasblåseriet venue in central Visby. This year’s event is taking place at the same venue, as part of celebrations to mark 10 years since K2A was founded in 2013.

“Many see the need for more forums to discuss solutions to the major challenges facing the construction industry in terms of climate and sustainability, but also regarding what needs to be done to increase housing construction. Contributing to this feels like a natural part of celebrating ten years as a green real estate company,” said Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A.
