K2A’s Johan Knaust nominated for sustainable construction award
Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter, is one of two nominees for the award Person of the Year in Sustainable Construction at the Sweden Green Building Awards.
“I am very honoured. Since day one, we have been dedicated to build a green real estate company with sustainability as a central part of its business concept. I am happy to see it is being noticed,” says Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A.
The award is presented by Sweden Green Building Council and the winner will be announced on October 27th. The other nominee for the award is Görel Hällqvist, Business Area Manager at Sveafastigheter Bostad.
K2A – the green real estate company – was founded in 2013 and in 2020 the company became first in the world to have its shares classified as green. K2A constructs and manages Nordic Swan Ecolabelled rental apartments in timber and has the real estate sector’s most ambitious climate target.
