K2A sends notice of partial repayment of notes issued under the Company's MTN program
K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) (the “Company” or “K2A”) has today sent notice of partial repayment to all holders of the Company's outstanding medium term notes with loan number 102 (ISIN: SE0013104791) (the "Outstanding Notes"), issued under the Company's MTN program. Repayment will take place in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Outstanding Notes to an amount of approx. SEK 56 million. The total nominal amount for the Outstanding Notes after the repayment will be SEK 200 million. The partial repayment will be financed with funds from the Company's recently issued green bonds.
Repayment is made at a price of 103 percent of the nominal amount of the Outstanding Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest. The record date for repayment will be 31 October 2024 and payment will take place on 7 November 2024.
