Kährs Strengthening its US team in Growth Strategy Execution

Kährs in the US has been successful in carving out a niche in the mid/premium market, leveraging its reputation for sustainability, innovation, quality, and design. Sean Brennan, President of Kährs International – US has been the leader of the recent growth, strategic partnerships, and diversification efforts through a proactive approach to expanding market presence and adapting to changing market dynamics. To secure continued focus on these strategies, along with potential collaborations, Kährs positions the company for sustained success in the US flooring market. Kährs will also strengthen the US organization to secure further strategy execution.
To stay competitive in the dynamic flooring industry, Kährs will put more emphasis on direct sales and the strategic partnership of distributors with inventory promoting the Kährs brand. To strengthen Kährs’ strategy execution, we are pleased to welcome Chris Dillon as new CCO for the Kährs Residential business segment in America.
Chris brings close to 20 years of experience within the flooring industry which includes VP of Sales and Marketing for SLCC Flooring and Home Legend. Chris started his career at Mohawk Industries and assembled Provenza Floors’ first sales team. His wealth of product knowledge has been attributed to the development of product brands, product rebranding and R&D.
Chris will start his new position December 1st, 2023, reporting directly to the CEO of Kährs Group and will be a member of the Group Management Team.
Sean Brennan will continue as President of Kährs International and take on a new role as COO for the Americas, focusing on creating a faster growth platform via M&A and accelerated expansion in external sourcing to support our strategy. Sean will also continue to manage key customer relationships with current distribution partners and selected private labels along with supporting the Commercial segment in the US in cooperation with Sara Olofsson CCO Commercial.
Sean continues to report directly to the CEO of Kährs Group and together with Chris Dillon will be a member of the Group Management Team. Sean and Chris will form the executive team, reporting directly to the to the newly formed US board chaired by the CEO of Kährs Group.
