South African Tourism Announces Official Partnership For Launch of Long Walk to Freedom

South African Tourism is delighted to announce that the organisation is one of the official partners – in addition to South African Airways - celebrating the UK release of Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, the eagerly-awaited biopic of Nelson Mandela. Long Walk to Freedom, which stars Idris Elba as Nelson Mandela, was shot entirely on location in South Africa, with the bulk of filming taking place in Johannesburg, Cape Town and the Eastern Cape - Mandela’s home province. The film’s Royal and European premiere will take centre stage in London next Thursday 5 December, at a star-studded
