Bonus in unique app when KappAhl launches its loyalty club in Norway
This August, KappAhl’s successful loyalty fashion club "Life & Style by KappAhl" premieres in Norway. Bonus’ on all purchases and a unique app that simplifies the handling of the membership is to make KappAhl best at customer loyalty in Norway.
– "Life & Style by KappAhl" in Norway is Scandinavia's most modern fashion club, says KappAhl’s Vice President Marketing, Joakim Holmstrand.
KappAhl takes their successful fashion club "Life & Style by KappAhl" on to Norway. In conjunction with the launch the fashion chain makes the membership easier for the customer by adding all administration in an app for smartphones. The customer can view their purchases, receive their bonus’, inspiration, offers and much more directly on-screen on their mobile phone. Membership cards and social security numbers are no longer needed in store.
– Our goal is that the relationship with our customer shall be simple and smart, with the motto "to the customer where the customer is," says Joakim Holmstrand. Going forward, the app will also be introduced to our members on KappAhl’s other markets.
When KappAhl started the fashion club, "Life & Style by KappAhl" in 2011 in Sweden it was the first step in a long-term strategy to strengthen the relationship with the customer. The club is very successful, the customer base now includes several million members. Membership in the fashion club gives cash back on all purchases and members also get the appreciated fashion magazine "Life & Style by KappAhl", advice on trends, membership offers and inspirational membership days.
