Claes Meldgaard takes over as KappAhl’s Vice President Sales

Claes Meldgaard has been appointed as Vice President Sales at KappAhl. He brings a wealth of leadership experience and sector expertise, most recently from his position as acting CEO at Stayhard, to his new position which he will take up on 1 March 2021.

Claes Meldgaard is 49 years old and has solid retail experience with expertise in every facet of the industry, from product range to sales and business development. He has held a number of leading roles, most recently as acting CEO of Stayhard. He has previously been CEO of Nilson Group and Team Sportia as well as assortment & purchasing director at Ica Non Food. Claes Meldgaard is also a member of the board of Svensk Handel Stil and Silva.
