Kappahl launches innovation dress – another step in the development of future fashion
Kappahl’s design team is launching a new innovative product in the autumn of 2022 – a garment you can wear and style in multiple ways to suit all occasions in life. Kappahl is aiming to further expand its range of responsible fashion with its innovation dress and to inspire customers to make more sustainable choices in order to reduce its carbon footprint across the entire value chain.
- Taking a long-lasting, timeless approach and creating fashion with multiple uses is another way of developing our sustainable design philosophy. For us, it is not just about the garment itself, it is about embracing the future and exploring new ways of dressing, says Louise Plato, Designer at Kappahl Woman.
Innovation, fashion and versatility were the guiding principles when creating this dress for a wardrobe of long-lasting clothes with a fun and personal style.
- During the design process, we developed innovative details to maximise styling options. The dress can be effortlessly adapted from timelessly classic to a more dressed-up look by adding or paring back to suit all occasions in life, says Hanna Lindström, Pattern Maker at Kappahl.
The dress is available in two colourways, black and red, and offers lots of styling options for both daywear and party looks.
- Pair the skirt and top together or with other items from your wardrobe. Add beautiful details, decorate with the ribbon like a festive bow. The voluminous sleeves can be secured for a more dressy look. For everyday wear, the top works well with jeans, and the skirt with your favourite sweater. Style according to the occasion, says Louise Plato in closing.
The dress will go on sale in selected stores and online from week 44 2022
