ASTG hires new COO
ASTG announces that it has hired Claus Rosenkvist Nielsen as new COO for the company.
Claus Rosenkvist Nielsen brings more than 20 years of global experience in telecommunication and enterprise solutions to ASTG including Europe, Americas and Asia, during which he has held key positions such as VP of marketing, global head of sales, director of product management among others. Some of Claus' special competences are "Go-To-Market Strategic Planning and Execution", "Tier-1 Strategic Partner Management", "Global Business Development Solutions" and "Technical Engineering Management".
ASTG CEO, Carsten Drachmann comments: "I am very pleased to have Claus Rosenkvist Nielsen onboard. Claus will complement and strengthen our leadership team with his skills and international experience. In his new role as COO of ASTG, he will not only be able to assist in the execution of our strategy plan and expansion, but also lead the operational management and execution, including improvement of internal processes across the organization".
Ulf Sundqvist, who amongst other duties have been covering the role as COO the past 6 months, will continue in the company leadership with focus on Business Development and Customer Engagement.
Claus is starting his new position this week and will be based in Stockholm.
