She began working with the Red Cross before joining Air Baltic in the travel trade industry in 2001. She briefly pursued a career as a high school teacher but then shifted to sales, becoming a specialist for Baltic Hospitality Group in 2006.In 2008, Laura joined Tal Aviation and led the sales efforts for four airlines.
