KiiltoClean A/S completes divestment of the Hungarian company Plum Hungary Ltd

KiiltoClean A/S has closed divestment of its shares in the Hungarian company, Plum Hungary Ltd, to its minority owner Peter Czefernek 12 February 2020.

Plum Hungary Ltd was established in 2005 and Peter has been building the company from the very beginning. Companies continue as business partners going forward. Plum Hungary Ltd will continue as distributor for Kiilto hygiene products as it has been doing so far. Plum Hungary Ltd will serve also as distributor for Plum Safety Aps products.
