KiiltoClean A/S divests Workplace Safety Business to Lifco
KiiltoClean A/S has signed an agreement to divest the Workplace Safety business to Lifco’s subsidiary Directa AB. The business is a leading niche manufacturer of eyewash, plasters and first aid stations used in many different industries. The eyewash products are marketed and sold under the brand name Plum.
In 2019, Workplace Safety business reported net sales of approximately 79 MDKK. The operation is based in Assens, Denmark and Cuxhaven, Germany and has 10 employees. The business will be consolidated in Lifco´s Business Area Dental.
