Injo Golv AB was founded in 2002 and operates in Stockholm. The company offers solutions in industrial flooring where the focus is on high-quality solutions in epoxy and acrylic floorings.

Injo Golv AB consists of 8 employees based in Stockholm and has until now been owned by Kiilto. Sales for the last financial year amounted to approximately SEK 15.5 million.

"Injo Golv AB is a well-running company with a stable customer base, strong brand and good reputation. PEA Fogfria Golv is a stable and growing company with a strong market position in Östergötland. After many years of cooperation, we have chosen to divest the business to PEA Fogfria Golv, which we believe has very good possibilities for continuing to develop the business", says Johan Engwall, CEO at Kiilto AB.

PEA Fogfria Golv AB is one of Östergötland's leading companies in its segment. It has been a premium supplier of joint-free flooring for demanding environments for 40 years. The company has 8 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 20 million.

"Injo Golv AB will be an excellent addition to our current operations. Through the acquisition, we gain both experience and expertise as well as access to a new geographic market. We will also be able to switch employees and resources between Östergötland and Stockholm. The market potential for our services in the Stockholm area is very large, which makes the acquisition feel strategically just right", tells Jonas Seijser from PEA Fogfria Golv AB.

The business will continue to be conducted under the registered names Injogolv and PEA Fogfria Golv.
