We are looking for a new leader to join our ICT organisation in the post of

CIO (Chief Information Officer)

In this task, you will be responsible for the functioning and development of our group companies' ICT architecture. You will actively cooperate with our business area directors, helping our companies to meet their growth and transformation goals with system and ICT service solutions. As part of the management group of our parent company, Kiilto Family Oy, you will be responsible for planning our ICT strategy and budgeting, while ensuring its smooth implementation alongside your international team of experts. You have fresh ideas and know-how with regard to communicating within our businesses on the potential of new technologies. In addition, you have a contact network with system and hardware suppliers and can lead extensive hardware and software purchases. As our company grows, we will also expect the applicant to interact smoothly by networking within the international business environment. Your primary location will be at our head office in Lempäälä, but your work will require regular travel within Russia and the Nordic countries.

This post could be for you, if your background includes the following:

  • A higher university degree in a relevant subject
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Wide expertise in ICT system and data security solutions
  • The creation of a business-driven ICT strategy
  • Process and project management
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
