Since 1991, NAPS has been a leader in assisting companies interested in manufacturing in Mexico .NAPS assists with the relocation of labor-intensive processes to cities in Baja California and Chihuahua. NAPS’ administrative services include site selection, accounting, human resources, import-export and environmental compliance. NAPS recognized the benefit of starting a sourcing program for existing clients and launched a joint purchasing initiative in 2010. The first step in implementing the common purchasing program was to contact each
