KlaraBo acquires residential properties and divests commercial properties to Diös Fastigheter

KlaraBo has today signed an agreement to acquire the properties Hälsinggården 12:1 and 1:341 in Falun. These properties are purely residential, fitting well into KlaraBo’s business model of value-creating management. The acquisition includes 80 apartments, with an area of 5,800 sqm, and an underlying value of 80 million SEK, with 80 percent of the apartments estimated to have renovation potential. KlaraBo signs land allocation agreement with Malmö Stad

KlaraBo and OBOS have, in partnership, previously received and communicated a land allocation within the framework and have now signed a land allocation agreement with Malmö Stad in a completely new block east of the Malmö Exhibition and Convention Centre in the Hyllie district, in Malmö. KlaraBo rents out 1,600 sqm to Malmö Stad

KlaraBo has signed a five-year lease agreement for 1,600 sqm with Malmö Stad at Norra Bulltoftavägen 63. The property is located in Malmö city center and is, with the signing of this rental contract, fully let. The agreement will take effect on October 1, 2023.
