Creates 16 new attic apartments in the Tagaborg area in Helsingborg

KlaraBo has decided to build 16 new attic apartments in its existing residential holdings in the Tagaborg area in Helsingborg. The construction project means that the number of rental apartments will increase by just over 20 per cent to just over 90 apartments in total.

"The apartment addition project is a testament to the potential for value-creating measures in our existing portfolio but also of the entrepreneurial spirit in the company. The fact that this kind of value-creating opportunities exist is one of the variables considered when we identify new potential acquisition opportunities," says Andreas Morfiadakis, CEO of KlaraBo.

The work will commence during the first quarter of 2022.

Tagaborg is a popular residential area with 75 rental apartments in the best location in Helsingborg. The residential area was acquired by KlaraBo in 2020.
