KlaraBo rents out 400 sqm of office space to Isolerab in Borlänge.

KlaraBo has signed a two-year lease agreement for 400 sqm of office space with Isolerab at Sveagatan in Borlänge. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 0.5 million, and the agreement will take effect on November 1, 2023.

"It is gratifying that we can offer Isolerab modern and suitable premises in central Borlänge. It is a fantastic location where cinema operations were carried out until the mid-80s, in the building commonly known as the Palladium property”, says Malin Söderlund, Area Manager Central at KlaraBo.

The space was previously rented by Borlänge Municipality's Culture and Leisure Administration.
