KlaraBo rents out 500 sqm adapted for preschool activities in Trelleborg

KlaraBo has signed a five-year lease agreement for 500 sqm adapted for preschool activities with Renässans Akademin at Syster Jennys väg 8 in Trelleborg. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 0.8 million, and the agreement will take effect on August 1, 2023.

The space was previously leased by Trelleborg Municipality for the same purpose.
