Edita strengthens its strategic portfolio of communications companies by acquiring Klikki, one of the leading digital marketing companies in the Nordic region. The acquisition comprises 86 percent of Klikki’s shares.

Edita strengthens its strategic portfolio of communications companies by acquiring Klikki, one of the leading digital marketing companies in the Nordic region. The acquisition comprises 86 percent of Klikki’s shares.

Edita’s strategy is to own and develop promising companies operating in the communications industry. The acquisition of Klikki widens Edita Group’s communications services offering to cover Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Advertising, Social Media Marketing and Web Analytics Services.
