Klimator and Rennicks contracts first customer
Klimator has contracted its first client in the UK through our partner Rennicks. The project will place a number of IoT Road Weather Stations across a local authority, along road the road network. The new Road Weather Stations will create a dense hyper local sensor network, providing valuable nowcast and forecast insights for the winter maintenance operators. They will be able to deliver more precise and focused winter operations going forward, delivering safer roads as well as a better use of the resources allocated for winter services.

About Klimator's IoT Road Weather Stations
Klimator’s road weather station provides real-time information on how weather impacts local road conditions. This data will empower operators to make informed decisions on the appropriate treatments necessary. The data is easily accessible from a browser-based platform or the RSI platform. The data comes in the form of an API so can also be fed into other weather monitoring and forecasting systems if necessary.
